Procision Ramps was founded in 2015 by Berney Zepeda to tighten the scope of his traditional general contracting business based in Salem, Oregon. In 2015 Berney began installing access ramps via a relationship with EZ Access and the VA. This part of his business made sense to focus on because the effect of this work was immediately seen and felt more meaningful than building decks or remodeling bathrooms.
